VARIETALS: 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% of Merlot and 10% Petit Verdot

APPEARANCE: ruby-purple

NOSE: intense, dark fruits (like blackberry, dark cherries and blackcurrant)

PALATE: medium+ acidity, medium+ and very soft tannins, good length, cooked dark fruits (like blackberry an dark cherries), licorice

AGING: In classic Sorge winemaking, fermentation begins in cement vats, and the wine is finished in 2 and 3 year-old barrels
